LACE ST (even # of sts):
Row 1 (RS): Knit.
Row 2: Purl.
Row 3: Knit.
Row 4: Knit.
Row 5: Knit.
Row 6: Knit.
Row 7: K2, *yo, k1; rep from *, end k2.
Row 8: Purl across, dropping yos from previous row.
Row 9: Purl.
Row 10: P2, *yo, p1; rep from *, end p2.
Row 11: Knit across, dropping yos from previous row.
Row 12: Knit.
Rep rows 1-12 for Lace St.
SHORT ROWS:
Wrap st on a knit row: Move yarn to front between needles, sl next st to RH needle, move yarn back between needles, sI st back to LH needle, turn work.
Pick up a wrap on a knit row: Work to wrapped st, then insert RH needle under wrap and knitwise into wrapped st; knit wrap and st tog.
Wrap st on a purl row: Move yarn to back between needles, sI next st to RH needle, move yarn to front between needles, sI st back to LH needle, turn work.
Pick up a wrap on a purl row: Work to wrapped st, then insert RH needle from behind into back loop of the wrap and place on LH needle; purl wrap and st tog.

Cast on 10 sts. Work Lace st for 2 rows. Cast on at the end of RS rows 7 (8, 8, 9, 10, 11) sts 4 (4, 2, 4, 4, 4) times, then 0 (0, 9, 0, 0, 0) sts 2 times, working sts into Lace st pat until the last 2 sts, work those in Garter st for hem of sleeve AND A THE SAME TIME, after 4 rows have been worked, at beg of RS rows, cast on 2 sts, then cast on 2 sts every 4th row 6 (6, 8, 9, 10, 10) times. 52 (56, 62, 66, 72, 76) sts after all incs. Place yarn marker at beg of RS row and work for 3.75 (5, 4.25, 4.25, 4.5, 5.75)", end WS. Bind off 2 sts at beg of row, then every 4th row 6 (6, 8, 9, 10, 10) times more AND AT THE SAME TIME, when bottom hem measures 10 (10.75, 11.5, 12, 12.75, 13.5)", bind off at beg of WS rows 7 (8, 8, 9, 10, 11) sts 4 (4, 2, 4, 4, 4) times, then 0 (0, 9, 0, 0, 0) sts 2 times. Bind off rem 10 sts.
BELT:
Cast on 8 sts. Work in Garter st for 52". Bind off.
FINISHING:
Sew shoulder seams. Sew in sleeves. Sew side and sleeve seams. With crochet hook, work a chain for approx 2". End off and sew to side seam for belt loop. Rep for second side.

Stitch Glossary:
K1-b: Knit into back loop.
M1: lnsert LH needle, from front to back, into strand between st just worked and next st, k this strand through back loop.
SSK: SI 2 sts knitwise, one at a time, to RH needle; insert LH needle into fronts of these 2 sts and k them tog.
